Amidst a flurry of excitement the eLan Property Group officially opened its new office at the Ballito Lifestyle Centre on February 24. The event was well attended by local businessmen, celebrities and officials including KwaDukuza Mayor Thulani Khuluse, Enterprise iLembe CEO Kanyi Gasa, singer Patricia Lewis and the eLan Rugby Legends.
The aim of the office is to further entrench eLan's presence on the prospering KwaZulu-Natal north coast by making the company more accessible to the public.
The Group has already achieved great success at popular Simbithi Eco-Estate near Ballito and is soon to break ground at the exciting Blythedale Coastal Resort further north. The Ballito office is theirs and like the others is located in a place where people shop, play and interact with each other. The other offices can be found in Johannesburg, London, Dubai, Simbithi Eco-Estate, Blythedale Coastal Resort and Umhlanga Ridge.
Mark Taylor, eLan CEO said, "The new office's location within the Lifestyle Centre makes it a convenient access point where you can pick up a brochure, interact with one of our professional sales consultants or just grab a cup of coffee". Crealed by local interior decorator Deborah Tilbrook of Attention to Detail, the new office epitomises the lifestyle that eLan's products have to offer. Taylor said, "After all, it's not just property we are selling, but a true South African lifestyle. And where else can you get that but in KwaZulu-Natal."
