As the year goes on, each day seems to get busier than the last. Our focus this year has been drawn towards a few key projects and events, all of which takes a lot of effort from every one of us who represent the eLan team.
For the marketing of Blythedale, we’ve put on various events to attract people to site, including the Blythedale Coastal Adventure Market, on the first Sunday of every month. In a few days, on Sunday 7 July, the market is presenting Eastern Flavours 2019, which includes delicious cuisine and spicy entertainment. Various suppliers will also be present, allowing prospective homeowners to start visualising their homes at Blythedale. They won’t have too long to wait for this to become a reality, with the construction vehicles currently making great progress on the new roads within the Estate.
Speaking of events, there are two we’re hosting over the month of July that I’d like to draw your attention to. First, Blythedale will be the venue for the Toyota Warrior #4, which I can say from personal experience is an extremely tough and rewarding endurance race. Look out for the eLan team this year! We are also the title sponsor of the eLan Gold Cup again this year, on Saturday 27 July, and we’re hosting a hospitality event that will benefit corporates and passionate racegoers. We’re all looking forward to this, which should be a really exciting day of horseracing, and a great day of networking and socialising.
eLan Property Group is continuing its foray into international waters, promoting developments in Mozambique and Mauritius. One development from each country is highlighted in the newsletter. Praia do Cossa Resort Hotel in Mozambique is offering exceptional investment opportunities, where you can own title in perpetuity. Also consider an island investment in Mauritius at Ki Resort Apartments in the Pereybere area, near Grand Baie.
